Drug Testing
In order to administer and enforce a Substance Abuse Policy, as well as meet drug testing standards which may be established by
your customers, and/or to meet Canadian compliance with US Department of Transport regulations, you may decide to develop and
implement a drug testing program. Support is offered to meet record keeping and annual reporting requirements. Chandler
Consulting Inc. provides local drug testing services, which are cost effective and designed to meet your needs. Testing can be
performed on site, or samples may be collected at our collection facility in Red Deer. Collection sites across the province are
also available. Five Panel Screening Tests offer results in 15 minutes, laboratory confirmation test results are usually
available in 24 to 28 hours.
Alcohol Testing
Evidential Breath Tests are available through Chandler Consulting Inc., administered by a qualified Breath Alcohol Technician.
Testing can be performed on site, at our collection facility in Red Deer, or at alternate collection sites to meet your companies
individual needs. Support in developing an in-house alcohol screening program is available. In-house programs have been found to be
effective as a prevention measure and educational tool. Supervisors may be trained as Screening Test Technicians, qualifying them to
administer a saliva screening device at remote work sites.
