Stress
Management Program
Mismanaging stress is recognized more and more as a factor relating to employee absenteeism,
under-funtioning, or burnout. The focus of stress management training is to modify the way an
individual responds to stressors.
The program consists of exploring the following areas:
- What is stress
- Identifying personal sources of stress
- Assessing vulnerability to stress
- Identifying personal symptoms of stress
- Development of effective symptom management skills
- Identifying and managing stress early relapse warning signs
- Identifying and managing burnout symptoms
A training specific to your company's needs and dynamics may be developed and offered as an in-house
training. This training is generally two half days in length, scheduled two weeks apart.
Chandler Consulting Inc. offers a stress management program in the community on a quarterly basis,
directed towards management and supervisory persons. This is a full day program.
