Training employees is a major step towards avoiding back injury and the associated disability costs.
Training includes:
- Causes of back pain (myths and realities)
- Management of current pain
- Correct lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Good posture (sitting, standing, and sleeping)
- Healthy neck and back exercises
Group or individual education sessions are available. Course length is approximately two hours, or
adapted to your needs. |
