Back & Lifting Education

Training employees is a major step towards avoiding back injury and the associated disability costs.

Training includes:

  • Causes of back pain (myths and realities)
  • Management of current pain
  • Correct lifting, pushing, and pulling
  • Good posture (sitting, standing, and sleeping)
  • Healthy neck and back exercises

Group or individual education sessions are available. Course length is approximately two hours, or adapted to your needs.
